Who is HOSIQ designed for?

Can our team try the current application?
Yes. The current demo uses Foundation2 and requires authorised demo credentials. Use sample records only. It is a demonstration workspace, not your hospital's production account.
What does implementation cover?
The proposal sets out hospital configuration, service and tariff masters, roles, standard documents, staff training and go-live assistance. Historical data imports, travel and custom integrations are scoped separately.
Are AI and medical-device connections included?
Relevant, verified non-lab AI assistance and its usage allowance are confirmed in your proposal. Higher non-lab usage can be scoped separately. Lab AI is optional and billed separately by usage, with features and rates confirmed before activation. PACS and analyser connectivity need device compatibility checks, installation and a separate quote.
Can we upgrade or add another hospital?
Yes. Move to a broader workflow package or discuss an optional extension as requirements grow. Each additional location has its own configuration and commercial scope. Cross-location reporting is assessed before it is promised.
How do support and data access work?
Agree the support hours, escalation contacts, backup and recovery responsibilities, data export scope and exit process in your hospital proposal before activation.
